Reminder to all Applicants of the 2017-2018 intake of Undergraduate Programmes
The Management of the University of Rwanda reminds applicants who are currently applying for admission in Undergraduate programmes for 2017-2018 academic year to ensure that the following instructions are properly followed;
- Correctly enter personal information in the application portal to obtain a student number/reference number
Names and index number should be entered as they appear on the A-level results. If you make any error, please seek assistance by calling the phone number provided under support section or send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Applicants who did not indicate their index number or entered it wrongly, are requested to approach the office of the University Registrar at Gikondo Campus for correction, by presenting their National ID and A-level result slip. This must be done before the deadline of 22nd May 2017.
It is mandatory for all applicants to fill in their National ID number as part of the personal information. Please make sure the number entered is correct and belongs to you.
Remember to indicate the student number when depositing the 5,000Frw admission fee. Applicants who did not use their student number while paying the admission fees, their applications shall not be processed. They are required to contact the Finance office at UR Headquarters on telephone number 0783456584 or send a copy of their bank slips to email@example.com or send it using Whatsapp on the above phone number.
Undergraduate admission application shall be closed on 22nd May 2017 at Midnight. Candidates who have not yet applied are encouraged to do so before the deadline.
